My way to level up fast on the NG badge thing is but rating the games or movies. It is located down unde rwho made the game you will see this kid with expression from mad thats 1 to 5 with is happy it doesn't matter if you chose a chosen number just have to click one after when clicked the should be a thing saying you vote 1,2,3,4 or higher till you level up when done enough it will say you leveled up than tells you how far are you form making to the next level =) I hope this helps you to level up.
